Prerequisite: Bowenwork for the Childbearing Year, Part One, professional Bowenwork Practitioner certificate; CE credits: 24 hours to the 2-year certification; 32 hours to 500-hour designation; Class Length: 4 weeks; Tuition: $400 Purpose: to understand and discuss the changes a woman will experience throughout the childbearing year. We will discover how Bowenwork can relieve discomforts, instill confidence, and create a supporting relationship with the birthing mother and baby, both before and after the birth. You do not have to be a birth worker to positively impact the birthing experience in profound ways.
Format: read class material and meet with fellow students and the instructor on the interactive online platform, Ruzuku. This format provides thought-provoking discussions relevant to the reading material, as well as the appropriate and safe application of Bowenwork for mother and baby.
Bowenwork for Childbearing Part 2: The second part of the six-part course series will identify, examine and discuss discomforts commonly experienced in the first trimester of pregnancy (0-12 weeks).
