This 4-hour ‘beginners class’ is for singles, couples, co-workers, family, and friends who want to learn more about Bowenwork, for use between formal Bowenwork sessions or for those who are considering formal Bowenwork training in the future. No prior experience is required. This class atmosphere is fun, relaxed, and learning-friendly!
