Andrea has been a practitioner since 2009. She aims to work with the body’s nervous system to make it more balanced and peaceful. She coaches:
.) Tom Bowen’s 80/20 anti-inflammatory foods contain plenty of water and other enlivening techniques for drinking more good, clean water throughout the day.
.) The movement of deep breathing in session, walking 20 minutes in the sunshine after a session and each day, and Bowenwork integrative movements after specific procedures.
.) Waiting in between moves in the calming meditation of a session designed to release stress, working toward a restful night’s sleep for the glymphatic system, and the peaceful assurance that the body can obtain the resources required for self-repair without needing other deep-tissue modalities within five days before/after a session.
.) What to do in the waiting days can be creative walks, finding purpose, support, love, compassion, humor, play, affirmations, and freedom.
