I have been a massage therapist for 18 years and was drawn to learn Bowen Therapy. This modality is gentle, but so effective at helping the body to promote self-healing. Bowen Therapy is now my main process to use for clients. It does not matter what your age is, we all have bodies that can better be maintained with Bowen Therapy.

I have studied many modalities for a number of years. Life offers us many opportunities for growth. I have explored ways to assist an individual to a deeper state of relaxation. Clients come with different requirements and my hope is that they leave feeling much better than when they arrived for their session. Life has been such a learning experience for me. There are so many things to learn and opportunities to grow and become a more fulfilled person.
