Andrea has been a practitioner since 2009. She aims to work with the body’s nervous system to make it more balanced and peaceful. She coaches:
1.) Tom Bowen’s 80/20 anti-inflammatory foods contain plenty of water and other enlivening techniques for drinking more good, clean water throughout the day.
2.) The movement of deep breathing in session, walking 20 minutes in the sunshine after a session and each day, and Bowenwork integrative movements after specific procedures.
3.) Waiting in between moves in the calming meditation of a session designed to release stress, working toward a restful night’s sleep for the glymphatic system, and the peaceful assurance that the body can obtain the resources required for self-repair without needing other deep-tissue modalities within five days before/after a session.
4.) What to do in the waiting days can be creative walks, finding purpose, support, love, compassion, humor, play, affirmations, and freedom.

I have been studying and training in natural therapies for over 20 years. Bowenwork fits right in with the work I have been doing and adds a piece to the puzzle. This work has helped ease and eliminate lower back pain, knee pain, insomnia, shoulder pain. It has helped with people’s golf swing by loosening up the muscles in the torso to help the body move with less restriction.
I work with athletes, new mothers, pregnant women, infertility issues, babies, and anybody needing this work.
By combining Iridology and Bowenwork I am able to be very specific as to the needs of the individual client by identifying areas of the body that need strengthening and nurturing. This along with herbs and nutrition can help create a perfect protocol for each individual.
