Ainslee first discovered Bowenwork in 2007 as she searched for relief from debilitating migraines and did not want to go the route of medication. The headaches reduced to almost nothing in 6 sessions, but she was immediately aware of significant changes happening in her body. This was compelling enough that she inquired about the training and began Module 1 a few months later, soon realizing this was a calling.
Over the last six years Ainslee has been accused of being ‘contagiously enthusiastic’. Clients’ exciting testimonials have spurred her on to keep learning more about this unique and intriguing modality. And many clients have been inspired by their own experiences to become practitioners.
Previously an art educator, Ainslee also spent many years as chef, restaurateur and caterer with food as her artistic focus. Bowenwork-Art of Healing became a natural extension of her caring for people and of a desire to help. “My primary goal is to help people discover answers to baffling, severe health problems, particularly head injury. Prompt the body to take care of itself as it is meant to do. As a Bowenwork instructor, empowering people to help themselves and others has already proven to be an expansive way to share this work, with benefits of health and happiness. I am extremely grateful for Bowen!”
