I was born and raised in Columbus, OH and graduated from The Ohio State University in 2005. I then moved to Easton, MD where I lived for 12 years and obtained my massage degree from Chesapeake College. I moved back to Columbus in 2018 and was excited to bring Bowenwork to Central Ohio.

I have been a Bowenwork practitioner since 2010, and an associate instructor since 2014. In mid 2024, I am thrilled to start my training to become a full instructor. I have loved learning and sharing Bowenwork with my clients, and cannot wait to teach new practitioners, especially in mid-America!
