Raised in a family that encourages natural healing, I have studied on my own herbs, homeopathy, nutrition and supplements for over 30 years.

I am in the midst of raising and homeschooling 5 children and they are a delight! We love music, hiking, rock climbing, enjoying friendships, handwork, being outside and almost anything physical.

I was introduced to Bowen through a conversation with my mother when she had a cartilage injury and was told it would be 6 weeks before it would heal (age 80) and it was completely healed in THREE days after treatment!
