Beth Lefebvre is a holistic health and nutrition coach, yoga instructor, reiki master, and Bowen practitioner who teaches and inspires joyful, healthy living and lifestyle. Beth believes that the body sings in motion, but sometimes the body becomes frozen in unhealthy patterns or sustains injury, leading to chronic pain that restricts motion and compromises the quality of life. Beth believes in the power of the Bowen technique to unlock unhealthy patterns thereby allowing the body to open to profound and lasting comfort and healing.
Beth has experienced the miracle of Bowen in her own body many times thus inspiring her to devote the majority of her practice to the Bowen technique. With clients she has witnessed significant improvement in a wide variety of conditions including scoliosis, fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s, asthma and anxiety to name a few. Bowen has allowed Beth ‘s own body to attain holistic pain free status despite her scoliosis, sciatica and symptoms of fibromyalgia. After a ski injury last year that resulted in multiple ligament tears and a fracture, the Bowen technique facilitated healing in Beth’s knee and she was able to avoid surgery . Her experience with clients includes pre-op and post-op treatments for hip replacement, back, and knee surgeries. Frequently clients improve to a pain free status and thus forego surgery altogether. Beth has experience working with clients of all ages and loves working with mothers and babies.
Beth’s credentials include a BA from the University of California at Davis, she is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, AADP certified holistic health coach, California certified massage therapist, Registered Yoga Instructor RYT200, and reiki master.
Beth enjoys hiking, skiing and healthy food. She lives pain free and joyfully in Carmel, California.
