Hello, I’m Nancy Osmond RN. I am first and foremost a mother of 5 and grandmother of 3 and find my deepest joy in my family. I love travel, exercise, reading, art, piano, voice, and teaching about the body and health.
Health is a huge interest and passion for me, and more specifically functional, holistic, and integrative medicine approaches to health to find true health and wellness. In addition to Nursing, I have become a certified Health Coach and Functional Nutrition Counselor. In my nursing practice I often find ways of helping my frustrated patients with nutrition advice, functional medicine principles, and Bowenwork!

My journey to Bowenwork was through helping a friend during her training to become a practitioner. I had a shoulder issue for 25 years that resolved after one session and after that I was hooked! Our bodies are intelligent, and an amazing, integrated, connected, and functional group of systems! I believe our bodies know how to heal and I love that Bowenwork helps to support that through greater mobility, health, and vitality.
