Bowenwork is fabulous. I can do it for people of all ages. It is very portable and I can do it in a shelter setting, on the track, and in the office.

I love teaching because it allows me to empower people with simple moves to treat themselves and their families. For those in the healthcare field, this is a modality that gives them the chance to see if this is something they are interested in pursuing.
